Start your mornings slowly and mindfully with a yoga, breathwork or meditation session to ground yourself. Followed by a nourishing, shared breakfast to fuel your day ahead.

Your afternoons are productive whether you’re getting through your to-do list, building a project, working remotely, writing your book or taking a week to get to that canvas you started painting 8months ago – this week is about getting sh*t done, whilst keeping life fun and playful.

Here’s what previous guests have said…

My experience at the Afro-Latin Dance Retreat retreat in Tamraght was fantastic. I was able to build so much more confidence in my basics (from footwork and coordination to frame and tension) and felt like I came away with a much deeper understanding about connection and the origins of each dance. I would recommend this retreat to anyone who wants to reconnect with their body and feel more grounded. I came away feeling calmer, more confident in my dancing, and generally replenished.

I had never heard about Zouk before this retreat, and now I’m on fire with it! Watching our teachers, Marina and Salah, dance was mesmerising. It’s such a passionate and sensual dance, but also incredibly technical. What made this retreat special was that it wasn’t just about learning steps – we were taught how to feel the music and connect with our partner, even without touch. It’s had a huge impact on my dance journey, reigniting my passion after more than ten years. Dancing a whole Zouk song with Salah was an unforgettable moment, and the entire experience - from the salsa nights to the Moroccan food - was the perfect blend of technique, emotion, and connection. I really loved it so much!

About Your Host

Smiling person with short hair wearing a white tank top in an outdoor setting.

Hey, I’m Irena! I’m passionate about dance, culture, and creating memorable experiences for people who love to explore new places and dance whilst balancing their day jobs. I lived and worked in Morocco for years, co-owning an award-winning surf and yoga hostel in Tamraght. That experience taught me the joy of bringing people together and showing them the beauty of this region through adventure and connection.

Now, I’m combining my love for travel, culture, and dance into a lifestyle for fellow dancing (and wannabe dancing) entrepreneurs, digital nomads, and remote workers. I can’t wait to share them with you.
