Focus & Flow Residency:

A 10-day container designed for deep focus and meaningful completion

Tamraght, Morocco • 14-23 March 2026

This is not a retreat to “find yourself”.
It’s a residency to finish the work you keep postponing.

9 nights / 10 days .
A small, intentional environment designed for founders, entrepreneurs and remote workers who need deep focus, nervous system regulation, and zero logistical friction so real progress can happen.

Book a short call to ask questions or apply.
15mins, no pressure, and we see if we’re a fit.

  • founders and entrepreneurs

  • remote workers

  • people doing cognitively demanding work

  • those who value focus, structure, and calm

  • anyone who needs to finish something meaningful

  • high-functioning professionals… you are doing "fine," but you know your work would be 20% better if the daily logistics were offloaded.

It’s not a holiday. It’s not a productivity bootcamp. It’s a 10-day container where the basics are handled so you can stay in your flow.

This is a small group by design.

Who This Residency Is For

You’re not short on ideas.
You’re not unmotivated.
You’re mentally saturated.

Your days are fragmented. Your attention is constantly pulled. Even when you carve out time, your nervous system never fully drops into focus.

So the work that actually moves the needle keeps slipping into “later”.

Later becomes months.
Months become another year.

A Steady, Human Rhythm

Mornings
Somatic movement and nervous system regulation to ground you before the workday begins. This is about training your body for focus, not forcing productivity.

Mid-mornings
Protected deep-work blocks in a quiet, curated environment. No meetings. No noise. No interruptions.

Afternoons
Open space for ocean time, creative rest, or local immersion, without the mental load of planning or decision-making.

Evenings
Market-to-table meals and low-pressure connection. No forced networking. No performative sharing circles.

Optional Experiences

I’ve lived in this village for years and have the local logistics on lock. While these aren't included in the base price, I can easily facilitate these for you so you don't have to navigate the bookings yourself:

• Surf Lessons - including option for lessons with Maryam (Morocco’s 5x female surf champion)
• Local hammam and Irena’s favourite smoothie spots
• Souk El Had visit in Agadir
• Day trip to Imsouane or Essaouira
• Extra dinners out along the coast
• Excursion to natural swimming holes
• Sunset horseback or camel riding on the beach
• Light hiking through the hills of Tamraght
• Café coworking

If you’re staying longer in Morocco, the 2-day Toubkal summit option is a beautiful experience. It’s not part of the retreat, but I plan to go and it’s open to anyone who wants to join me. We’ll arrange a trip with a trusted local guide.

How We Cowork

Focus on High Output, Low Friction.

We don't "hustle," but we do produce. This is a space for self-led professionals who value a high-output environment supported by a regulated body.

What to expect:

  • Quiet Mornings: No social "noise" until after the somatic session.

  • The 4-Hour Deep Work Window: Protected time where the house is quiet and focus is the priority.

  • High-Speed Wi-Fi: Reliable Wi-Fi and multiple dedicated coworking spaces.

Why March matters

March is where good intentions quietly die.

The New Year reset has worn off.
The calendar is already filling.
You keep telling yourself you’ll “find the time”.

If nothing changes, the next six months will look exactly like the last.

This residency is a deliberate interruption, a commitment point before the year slips away.

Food & Shared Meals

Food is a big part of the Moroccan experience.

We’ll share communal breakfasts with a mix of fresh and cooked options, including bread, fruit, eggs, Moroccan pancakes, and plenty of mint tea.

During the week:

  • Three dinners are included and cooked together at our villa

  • Optional group dinners outside the villa such as local fish restaurants along the coast

  • A market visit and home-cooked tajine night

  • Traditional Friday couscous made by a local

Meals are unhurried and shared, the way they’re meant to be.

Where We’ll Stay

We’ll be staying in a comfortable, light-filled space designed for both work and rest.

Expect:

  • Reliable Wi-Fi and multiple work areas (inside and outside)

  • Quiet rooms to recharge

  • Shared spaces for meals and connection

  • Outdoor areas for coworking, yoga, and sunsets

  • The ocean just minutes away on foot

A bedroom with a bed covered in a green and white striped blanket, two folded towels on top, white curtains, a small wooden side table with a plant, a window with a view of outside, and a wicker ceiling light.
A dining room with a wooden table, black chairs, a pitcher, and a glass of water. There is a colorful mural of a woman with glasses on the wall, two woven pendant lights hanging from the ceiling, and a large window allowing natural light into the room.
Decorative ceramic mugs hanging from hooks underneath a wooden shelf, with two colorful jars or canisters placed on the shelf.
A woman sitting on an outdoor patio couch using her phone, surrounded by potted plants and outdoor furniture, with a cityscape of buildings in the background.
Sunset over the ocean with a bright sun near the horizon, orange sky, and silhouetted buildings and branches in the foreground.

I lived in this village for years and ran a business here. I’m using that insider knowledge to handle the local navigation so you don't have to.

Sample Flow Itinerary (March 14–23)

This is a sample flow. We’ll keep it steady, and adjust gently for weather and the group.

Days 1-2: Landing & Calibration.
Arrive, regulate the nervous system, and set the workspace.

Days 3-5: Deep Work & Local Rhythm.
Morning somatic sessions followed by protected work blocks. Afternoons are for "Active Recovery" (surfing, coastal walks) or village exploration.

Day 7: The Friday Pause.
Midday traditional couscous with the community.

Day 9-10: Closing & Transition.
Finalising projects, closing dinner, and preparing for the move back to "normal" life.

Day 10: Departure
Shared breakfast and departures.

Optional Add-On: Mount Toubkal Hike
For those who want to extend the experience beyond the coast, there is an optional Mount Toubkal hike after the residency.

Mount Toubkal is the highest peak in North Africa. While it sounds big, it is very doable with a local guide and does not require technical climbing experience. The hike typically takes 2 to 3 days.

This is completely optional and not included in the residency price.
I can help coordinate guides and logistics for anyone interested.

Why Morocco

This is not about relocating your chaos to a prettier backdrop.

Morocco offers contrast. Sensory richness. A rhythm that pulls you out of autopilot without overstimulating you.

Work blocks are intentionally paired with wellness and local experiences so your brain actually resets, not just relocates.

You leave feeling clear, focused, and creatively switched back on.

FAQs

  • We don't have strict rules, but the residency is designed around nervous system regulation and deep focus. While you're welcome to have a glass of wine with dinner, the house environment remains geared toward waking up feeling clear, grounded, and ready for deep work. Most participants find that they naturally lean away from alcohol to make the most of the somatic morning sessions.

  • To protect the container and the rhythm of the group, we all start and finish together. This residency is about removing the friction of 'navigating' a new environment - it takes a few days to settle into the flow, and having people come and go disrupts that quiet for everyone else.

  • We keep the group small and curated. Maximum 10 participants. This ensures the environment stays calm, warm and easy to connect in.

  • Not at all. Some people join because they want to get clear, regain momentum or finally move something they’ve been avoiding. You don’t need to arrive in a perfect workflow. You only need willingness and to be self led.

  • Yes. Tamraght is a relaxed coastal village that is very used to solo female travellers. I’ve lived and worked here for years and will guide you through cultural etiquette so you feel safe and comfortable at all times.

  • Ramadan is gentle by the coast. Swimwear is normal at the beach and surf spots. In town, a simple outfit that covers shoulders or knees is respectful. I can guide you on what feels appropriate.

  • The internet is suitable for full-time remote work, including video calls, coworking, and day-to-day online tasks. It’s been tested with multiple devices connected at once and is stable for a small group working simultaneously.

  • There are no 'performative' activities. Everything - from the morning movement to the shared meals - is designed to support your nervous system and remove decision fatigue. You participate in the rhythm that serves your focus.

  • Founders, creatives, and high-functioning professionals who are tired of the 'invisible labour' of self-management. It’s a group that values quiet, deep work, and grounded connection.

  • Yes. Let me know your travel plans and I can recommend places to stay before and after the retreat. We also help coordinate transfers.

  • The retreat is designed for people who are working or engaged in a project. There may be space for a small number of guests who are not, as long as the quiet coworking rhythm is respected. We can talk about this on the call to see if it feels like the right fit.

The Founding Residency

This is the inaugural edition of the Focus & Flow Residency. While future iterations will move to a higher price point with expanded programming, this container is intentionally focused on the core mission: perfecting the rhythm of work and regulation.

Cultural note

Our residency overlaps with the final days of Ramadan, a gentle and beautiful time to be on the Moroccan coast. Tamraght remains relaxed and welcoming, and daily life continues as usual. Swimwear is completely normal at the beach and surf spots. In town, choosing outfits that lightly cover shoulders or knees is a simple way to show respect and move comfortably through the village.

During Ramadan alcohol is only sold and served in certain places and generally for foreigners, so expect it to be less visible and less central than usual holiday spots.

If you ever feel unsure about etiquette or clothing, I’m always happy to guide you.

Meet your host

I’m Irena. I design high-functioning environments for people who value deep work and somatic regulation.

Having lived in Tamraght and co-founded an award-winning business here, I don’t just know the area - I know how it works. While Morocco is changing quickly, my years of local experience mean I handle the "navigation" of the village for you.

I work at the intersection of hospitality, somatics, creativity, and logistics. I’m here to manage the rhythm of the house and the "invisible labour" of your day, so you can stay in your zone of genius.

This Founding Residency is the start of a specific community of high-functioning, creative people. If you’re ready to offload the mental load and get back to your work, I’d love to have you in the house.
